The entire process of combined cycle power generation using natural gas generators is interconnected and fully automated. From fuel input to power output, every step achieves efficient energy conversion without any unnecessary losses. The first step is to purify and regulate the natural gas, and then transport it to the combustion chamber of the gas turbine. After being fully mixed with high-pressure air, it ignites and burns, instantly generating a high-temperature and high-pressure gas flow. The impact force directly drives the high-speed rotation of the gas turbine impeller, and the generator connected to the impeller runs synchronously, completing the first round of gas power generation. This is the core link of natural gas energy conversion.
第二步,燃?xì)廨啓C(jī)做功后排出的高溫廢氣(溫度可達(dá)500℃以上),并非直接排空,而是被輸送至配套余熱鍋爐,這也是聯(lián)合循環(huán)的關(guān)鍵銜接點(diǎn);第三步,余熱鍋爐吸收高溫廢氣的熱量,將內(nèi)部的純水加熱至沸騰,產(chǎn)生高溫高壓蒸汽,整個(gè)過程無額外明火燃燒,純靠廢氣余熱回收,實(shí)現(xiàn)能量的二次利用;第四步,余熱鍋爐產(chǎn)生的高壓蒸汽被引入蒸汽輪機(jī),蒸汽的強(qiáng)推力驅(qū)動(dòng)蒸汽輪機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)軸旋轉(zhuǎn),轉(zhuǎn)軸與另一臺(tái)發(fā)電機(jī)相連,完成第二輪蒸汽發(fā)電,讓天然氣的能量得到充分釋放。</p>
The second step is that the high-temperature exhaust gas (with a temperature of over 500 ℃) emitted by the gas turbine after doing work is not directly discharged, but is transported to the supporting waste heat boiler, which is also the key connection point of the combined cycle; Step three, the waste heat boiler absorbs the heat from high-temperature exhaust gas, heats the pure water inside to boiling, and generates high-temperature and high-pressure steam. The entire process does not involve additional open flame combustion, and relies solely on waste heat recovery from exhaust gas to achieve secondary energy utilization; Step four, the high-pressure steam generated by the waste heat boiler is introduced into the steam turbine. The strong thrust of the steam drives the rotation of the steam turbine shaft, which is connected to another generator to complete the second round of steam power generation, allowing the energy of natural gas to be fully released. </p>

Step five, the low-temperature steam produced by the steam turbine is transported to the condenser and rapidly condensed into liquid water through cold water heat exchange. After purification treatment, the condensed water is transported back to the waste heat boiler to form a closed cycle of "water steam water", with zero water resource waste throughout the process and no need for continuous water replenishment, greatly reducing operating costs. From gas turbine power generation to steam turbine power generation, the entire process is seamless. The chemical energy of natural gas is converted into mechanical energy, and ultimately all is converted into electrical energy, achieving efficient utilization of energy in a cascade manner.
